Mama Roe's Penne alla Vodka

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Drop vacuum-sealed vodka sauce into the pot.
- Allow sauce to defrost and heat up completely, approximately 20 minutes.
- While sauce is heating, bring another pot of water to a boil.
- Cook penne pasta until al dente or desired tenderness.
- Drain the pasta and put into a serving dish.
- Cut open the bag of sauce and pour over pasta.
- Optional: Add your favorite parmesan cheese and/or garnish with fresh basil.
Notes
Replace the pasta with any other pasta. Choose your favorite, but be mindful that it should be a pasta that can handle the sauce. For example, angel hair is not a good choice because the pasta is too light for the sauce.
You can defrost the sauce first so that it takes less time to reheat, but it is not necessary.
